For those here in Jan 2026 dealing with this, I was finally able to get my LogiOptions+ app working.
I was forced to go to an older version since it appears that there's no Offline installer for anything other than the latest version. If I'm wrong about that, please post a link to the latest "working" version. This is due to the fact that at some point Logitech chose to go with a pure update methodology that relies on a singular file name to be the source for any new versions.
The version I now have, which is kinda nice, since it doesn't have all that AI bloatware included, is 1.60.495862:

First you'll need to make sure no Logi processes are running:
- Close the app itself
- Open System Preferences and disable the following for LogiOptions+
- General > Login Items > Allow in the background
- Privacy and Security > Bluetooth
- Privacy and Security > Input Monitoring
- Privacy and Security > Accessibility
Then delete the files in the following locations:
- /Applications/Logi Options+.app
- /Library/ApplicationSupport/Logi
- /Library/ApplicationSupport/Logitech
- /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.logi.optionsplus.updater.plist
- /Library/LaunchDaemons/<anything else starting with com.logi>
- /Users/Library/ApplicationSupport/<anything Logi related>
- /Users/Shared/.logishrd
- /Users/Shared/logi
- /Users/Shared/LogiOptionsPlus
- /Users/<Your Username>/Library/ApplicationSupport/Logi
- /Users/<Your Username>/Library/ApplicationSupport/LogiOptionsPlus
- /Users/<Your Username>/Library/Preferences/com.logi.cp-dev-mgr.plist
In order to ensure that any scheduled services get killed, which is a pain to do manually, we'll let Homebrew take care of it, by installing then uninstalling via brew:
- brew install --cask logi-options+
- Restart computer
- brew uninstall --cask --zap logi-options+
- Restart computer again
If you now open Activity Monitor and search for "logi", there should be no entries related to Logi Options. (There will be some for login, which is unrelated)
Now that your system is clean, download the installer linked above and install.
MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF AUTO UPDATES IN THE SETTINGS ONCE THE APP IS RUNNING!
Enjoy!
